    Suggested use
  • Apply color to clean lips.
  • Let dry 60 seconds, don't press lips together.
  • Apply Moisturizing Topcoat for shine and comfort. Use as a lip balm to refresh throughout the day.

    • To remove Outlast, use Covergirl Clean Makeup Remover for Eyes and Lips or baby oil.
