Kalbi Recipe

Ingredients: 70 g(2.4 oz) Sempio Kalbi Sauce, 250 g(0.5 lb) beef short ribs.

(1) Marinate beef short ribs in sauce for 30 min.

(2) Grill beef ribs over high heat until golden.

Tips : To remove blood, put beef ribs in cold water for 30 min.

Water, naturally brewed soy sauce(defatted soybeans, wheat, alcohol), sugar, high-fructose corn syrup, garlic, salt, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, sesame, caramel, xanthan gum, sodium benzoate(less than 1/10 of 1% as a preservative), disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate.

Contains wheat, soybeans and sesame.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening for best quality
