Kelp is a kind of seaweed that is high in Iodine. Iodine is a mineral used in the body for many important functions and is thus an essential part of your diet. Since our bodies don't produce iodine, it is often necessary to supplement our intake.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule daily with 8-12 oz of water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Hypromellose (cellulose) capsule, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
