(Makes 15 cookies)
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Add cookie mix, peanut butter*, egg, and milk to a large bowl.
Mix until well combined.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges of the cookies are golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet.
*Or substitute with your favorite nut butter- we recommend crunchy peanut butter
