What's the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber?

Soluble fiber is fiber that dissolves in water, while insoluble fiber doesn't.

Fiber Blend capsules contain fiber from all 6 fiber groups: cellulose, pectin, gums and mucilages, hemicellulose and lignin.

Suggested use

Take three (3) capsules up to twice daily with at least 8 oz. of water and preferably with meals.

Other ingredients

Gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, modified cellulose.
