Calcium and magnesium work closely together to support bone health, muscle function, and natural energy production. Chelated Cal-Mag provides these two minerals in the preferred 2:1 ratio, and their chelated forms promote maximum absorption.

Adults: take one tablet up to three times daily at mealtime.

Rice flour, cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesiumstearate (veg.), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, food glaze.

This formula is prepared to disintegrate over a period of up to 2.5 hour.
