Our dried basil is nothing more than pure, extra-fancy grade, cut and sifted organic Egyptian basil leaves (Ocimum basilicum). And that's a good thing. Pungent, aromatic, woodsy and herbaceous. Sweet, with slightly minty notes. This is real basil.
